3. Subscriptions and Free Trials
   We offer our software tools under a subscription model.

   • Free Trial: We offer a generous free trial period for all tools. You are encouraged to test the tools thoroughly during the trial.

   • No Refunds: All subscriptions are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the products and the availability of the trial period, we do not offer refunds or prorated credits.

   • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

   • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

   The tools provided by Lambdatt are intended solely to assist in the architectural and engineering drafting process.

   • Professional Verification: All calculations, drafting outputs, and automated results generated by our software must be independently verified by a qualified professional before being applied to any real-world project.

   • "As-Is" Basis: The Service and tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

   • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lambdatt shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages—including but not limited to project delays, drafting errors, loss of profit, or loss of data—arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
